The broth was rich and flavorful, the toppings were generous, and the crispy egg roll soaked up the soup perfectly. Everything was fresh and delicious， definitely one of the better luosifen spots I’ve tried!

Lo Si Ding produces some very tasty dishes packed with flavor. I absolutely didn't expect Lo Si Ding to be located on this side of town. The part of town is still a bit on the rougher side, although it has gotten a lot better over the years. Lo Si Ding is located in the middle of Latino businesses, also didn't expect that. Parking is atrocious, especially during peak hours. Not a lot of parking spots in the plaza. All the street parking was filled up as well, it took me a minute to get a spot. The venue itself is on the smaller side, it feels a bit cramped on the inside. We went for dinner around 7: 00 PM on a Thursday evening. It was packed to the max! The kitchen was constantly busy as they were also a good amount of food delivery pickups as well. Lo Si Ding is basically self-service; as soon as you come in grab any seat that is available. You need to place your order at the kiosk. When your order is ready a staff member brings it out to you. This is so far the best Luosi Rice Noodles I've ever had in South Bay! The broth is deeply layered, combining sour, spicy, and umami notes in a way that feels both intense and comforting. The rice noodles are perfectly cooked - springy without being too soft - and they soak up the broth beautifully. Toppings like pickled bamboo shoots, peanuts, tofu skin, and most importantly, the real snail meat, add texture and complexity to every bite. What really stands out is the balance. Despite its reputation for being “stinky,” the flavor is refined rather than overwhelming. You can also customize the spice level, which makes it approachable whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned fan. If you’re a soup lover, don’t forget to ask for a refill of the fresh soup! Also remember to order a dessert which will not disappoint you! This is a place that delivers an authentic Luosi Rice Noodles experience. It may not be for everyone, but if you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone, you’ll be rewarded with a bowl of noodles that’s truly unique and deeply satisfying!

I almost come to this place once every week now. I have liked luosifen for a very long time, but before I could only buy the packaged ones online and cook by myself. Since I found this restaurant, I almost don’t buy packaged luosifen anymore. 1) The soup base is very fresh and fragrant, and one very important point for me is that after eating, there is no sour aftertaste like the packaged ones. My mouth feels comfortable after finishing, not heavy at all. 2) The spicy level options are very good, you can choose what you like. It doesn’t hurt the stomach and also doesn’t feel too oily. 3) They also have many snacks, and they update new items very often. It feels very fun to eat here because there is always something new to try. 4) The sweet desserts (tang shui) are another highlight. They are not too sweet at all, and the update speed is also very fast. It feels like they often keep up with what’s popular in China. Recently I really like the taro dessert and the new tapioca balls dessert. It can really compare with the ones in China. Highly recommend this place!!

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The broth was deep and aromatic, and every topping was cooked to perfection—from the tender meat to the crispy textures that added great contrast. You can really tell a lot of care goes into each bowl. Pairing the meal with their lemon tea was a perfect match—it was refreshing and balanced everything so well. And don’t forget to order their desserts; they’re the perfect way to end the meal. Portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
